Recently, Domestic Technology and Service Center of Truking was swamped by letters of gratitude from customers. Wuhan Institute of Biological Products Co., Ltd (under Sinopharm Group), Sinovac, Guorui Pharmaceutical (under Sinopharm Group), Changxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Joincare, to name just a few. In the letters, Truking aftersales service team is highly recognized by its “comprehensive consideration for its customers and proactive problem-solving”. The special deed of staying with the customers to escort the production even during the Spring Festival, the most important family reunion festival for the Chinese, has fully demonstrated the responsibility fulfillment of Truking and the Trukingers.
