On November 19, Truking released two innovative solutions for aseptic products: the overall solution for aseptic powder (compound preparation) with isolator, and the overall solution for aseptic freeze-drying API with isolator. The R&D team leaders of these two new solutions introduced the advantages of the products. Chairman Tang Yue, head of the sterile preparation business unit, user representatives and related personnel attended the press conference. Mr. Tang Yue said at the press conference that these two new solutions are good combinations of technological innovation and market demands as they were developed in response to user pain points, and will create greater value for customers.

The aseptic powder (compound preparation) solution with isolator is developed for the Type I innovative drug and formula drug in powder, and can be applied to low-speed and continuous micro-dosing of compound powder preparations with multi-components. It solve problems such as uneven powder mixing through fixed-volume filling technologies. The release of this solution enriches Truking's product portfolio and helps Truking to further enhance its technology and market competitiveness.

Wang Junwei introduced that the solution covers the overall solutions of sterile APIs, sterile preparations, aseptic freeze-drying and other fields and supports production of liquid lyophilizations, preparations, and powders through the same solution. The filling and stoppering machine adopts flexible modular design and enables different filling specifications to meet different user needs. It can realize quantitative filling of compound preparations at different stations such as AB and ABC. Under certain conditions, it can realize filling at three stations, increasing production capacity by many times.

It supports continuous processes of freeze-drying, discharging, crushing, mixing and filling in an enclosed environment, which facilitates temperature and humidity control, and helps users implement pollution control strategies and low-carbon operations. "Isolator supports scale production of aseptic freeze-drying APIs under Grade C background. Process, engineering and equipment are highly integrated, which is in line with the latest regulations of EU GMP.
