TRUKING in Southeast Asia: Growth, Partnerships, and Yura's Story

In the first half of 2024, TRUKING reported nearly 40% year-on-year growth in its overseas business, with some pioneering markets expanding by more than 300%. As one of TRUKING’s regional leaders, Yura and her Southeast Asia team have played a vital role in this achievement.

From Client to Partner

Before joining TRUKING, Yura worked for a leading Korean pharmaceutical company. In that role, she helped evaluate and select TRUKING as an equipment partner for a critical drug production project in China. The successful delivery of this project — ahead of schedule and to strict GMP standards — left a lasting impression. Years later, she transitioned from being a client to becoming part of the TRUKING family, bringing with her first-hand experience of what customers value most: quality, reliability, and partnership.

Building Long-Term Trust in Southeast Asia

Southeast Asia has been one of TRUKING’s most established markets, cultivated over the past two decades. While early customers were cautious about choosing Chinese suppliers, today the focus has shifted to how TRUKING can deliver integrated solutions and local services that accelerate their business goals. From EU-GMP and FDA-certified projects to local manufacturing support, TRUKING has become a trusted partner in the region’s fast-growing pharmaceutical industry.

Global Scale, Local Commitment

TRUKING’s headquarters in Changsha ranks among the largest single-site pharmaceutical equipment campuses worldwide, showcasing advanced R&D, manufacturing, and processing capabilities. For many customers, visiting the site highlights TRUKING’s scale and capacity to deliver complex solutions.

Equally important is TRUKING’s expanding international service network. With more than 20 sales and service centers worldwide — including several in Southeast Asia — customers benefit from faster response times and closer technical support. This combination of global resources and local presence has become a key driver of customer confidence.

A Philosophy of Long-Termism

Yura describes her marketing approach as guided by three principles: sincerity, persistence, and long-term commitment. In an industry where decision cycles often span years, she emphasizes that contracts mark not the end, but the beginning of a partnership. The real value lies in accompanying clients through the entire project journey, understanding their true needs, and co-developing the optimal solution.

At TRUKING, internationalization is not just about expanding sales — it is about delivering long-term value to our partners, helping them achieve regulatory success, and supporting the sustainable growth of local pharmaceutical industries.

Together, we are building solutions that carry healthcare forward across continents.
