Sterilizing & Drying Tunnel

This machineis mainly used for sterilizing, drying and depyrogenation of vials and ampoules in pharmaceutical factories.



    Ø The equipment adopts the laminar flow principle and hot air high-speed sterilization process to make the container complete aseptic for drying, sterilization, depyrogenation and cooling in the A-grade sealed tunnel. It is the best drying and sterilization equipment, with uniform heat distribution and good heat removal effect.
    Ø Adopts multiple PCT international patents, with excellent processing technology and control technology.
    Ø High temperature section adopts multi-channel PID control: modular structure.
    Ø Better temperature uniformity, prevents the uneven heating and the risk of bottle explosion and depyrogenation.
    Ø Negative pressure sealing technology: the clean chamber and the return air channel above the bottle adopt negative pressure isolation technology to avoid the secondary pollution of the glass bottle by the external dirty air entering the clean room.
    Ø Negative pressure diversion technology: As the filter paper and the viscose of the filter frame will undergo certain aging after long-term use, to avoid its particles falling into the clean area. Based on the technology of negative pressure diversion, supported by the filter, there is a small boss on the board to facilitate it to enter the return air channel under the action of negative pressure.
    Ø Equipped with automatic wind pressure balance system, effectively controlling the wind pressure balance between cooling section and filling room, preheating section and washing and drying room.
    Ø Adopts chain conveyor mesh belt (made by CNC netting machine). The speed of the conveyor belt is synchronized with the speed of the bottle washer and filling machine, and frequency conversion control is adopted.
