Production-level chromatography system (AutoPrep series)

Main Application

It is mainly used for the pilot and large-scale production of biopharmaceutical purification processes such as monoclonal antibodies, insulin, blood products, vaccines, and recombinant proteins. As a complete integrated control unit, it can automatically achieve the balance of chromatography column, and meeting the process requirements in the purification and separation like packing, elution, harvesting, regeneration, and cleaning, in line with the current GMP laws and regulations.

Laboratory-level chromatography system (AutoSep series)

Main Application

It is mainly used for the purification process development and sample preparation of laboratory-level proteins, vaccines, blood products, monoclonal antibodies and other biological products, as well as polysaccharides and natural products.

Production-level chromatography system (AutoPrep series)

Ø Configure two binary plunger pumps and one sampling pump to realize automatic sampling;

Ø The inlet can reach up to 8 buffers and 8 sample inlets;

Ø Equipped with 2 bubble sensors, so that the chromatography system avoids bubble interference;

Ø Fully automatic column flow direction switching valve to realize the flow path in forward, reverse and bypass ways;

Ø Equipped with up to 8 outlets or connected to automatic collectors;

Ø All valves, pumps and detectors adopt modular installation, which is easy to disassemble and maintain;

Ø Powerful Algorithm to realize fully automatic sample loading, collection, monitoring, etc.;
