德国当地时间6月27日，楚天科技董事长兼总裁唐岳等高管团队，与Romaco位于德国卡尔斯鲁厄的集团总部及生产基地员工，举行了双方战略合作之后的首次正式会面。唐岳向Romaco员工，以及面向德国国家电视台，宣布了将推动实现的战略并购和目标。

唐岳走进Romaco卡尔斯鲁厄生产基地的车间，与一线生产员工等聚在一起，并发表谈话，他表达了与Romaco同仁见面的喜悦：见到你们非常高兴。

他说：尽管以前咱们不认识，但这并不妨碍我们今天见面感到十分亲切。因为我们拥有一个共同的名字：Romaco！我们都是Romaco人，您是，他是，我也是。我有双重身份，是楚天人，也是Romaco人。

唐岳表示，得益于中国经济的高速发展和庞大市场需求，成立才17年的年轻的楚天科技，已经成为中国医药装备行业的领导者，但Romaco更令人自豪，因为它已经是全球医药装备行业的领导者之一，深受全球客户的喜爱与拥戴，而且自己很早以前就知道Romaco，并发自内心地崇拜它。

“它在我心中是一家伟大的公司，有许多技术是世界领先的。”唐岳说，在Romaco旗下，像Noack的泡罩包装技术、Kilian的压片技术、Siebler的软袋包装技术、Macofar的气流无菌粉末分装技术、Innojet的造粒与包衣技术等等，“凝聚了Romaco人的心血与智慧，是对全球制药事业的贡献，是Romaco人的崇高荣誉，特别值得我们骄傲！”

在今年4月下旬楚天科技与Romaco签署战略合作协议后，双方组成的更强大的团队已经展开了一系列战略讨论，并形成了一系列具体举措。唐岳表示：

在决策管理委员会的决策下，在以Romaco集团总裁亚历山大为首的经营管理团队的带领下，我们会有计划地进行新的战略并购，补充和丰富Romaco的产品线；会根据需要，适度扩大Romaco有关工厂的产能建设；更会努力扩大Romaco的销售，特别是中国市场占有率的提升；还会实施有关工艺与技术的研究，建立新的研究实验室。

Romaco是全球医药装备行业的领导者之一，“领先的地方，要保持它的领先地位！不足的地方，要虚心学习！我们要有信心追赶和超越BOSCH、IMA、乌尔曼、马可西尼、高林格、格拉特、GEA等等优秀的企业！”唐岳说。

他鼓励Romaco人要有信心、有决心、有耐心、有恒心来实现这个目标，“用十年、二十年、三十年，甚至更长的时间来做这件事！我希望今天到会的同事们一起努力，为Romaco的发展壮大奉献力量！”

Romaco集团目前拥有近600名员工，“根据发展的需要，我们会逐步壮大现有队伍，大家会迎来更多的新同事，研发出更多的技术，拥有更多的客户。Romaco人要团结起来，坚定信心。”唐岳说，“我们大家已经付出了很多心血，要继续为Romaco的明天做出更多贡献，从而收获更多喜悦！”

卡尔斯鲁厄（Karlsruhe）位于德国西南部，隶属巴登-符腾堡州，是该州继斯图加特的第二大城市，也是德国联邦最高法院和德国联邦宪法法院的所在地。在巴登州与符腾堡州合并为巴登-符腾堡州之前，它是巴登州的首府。

Dear ROMACO colleagues:

It’s a pleasure to meet all of you. Although we don’t know each other before, it is still a  gracious meeting today because we have one same name- THE ROMACO PEOPLE! We are ROMACO people, so are you and so am I.

I am Yue Tang, from Truking China. I have dual identities today, both the Truking people and the ROMACO people. Founded in 2000, Truking is a very young company, but we have caught lots of development opportunities in the rapid economically developing of China, including huge market demand from China, and so now Truking has been one of the leading machinery manufacturers in Chinese pharmaceutical industry.

Comparing to Truking, I feel  even prouder of ROMACO because ROMACO is one of the global leaders of processing and packaging equipment for the pharmaceutical industry. I’ve known ROMACO"s name long time ago and adored ROMACO since then. It is a great company in my mind. ROMACO have a lot of world-leading technologies, we are really proud of them, like Romaco Noack blister technology, Romaco Kilian tablet press technology, Romaco Siebler strip packaging technology, Romaco Macofar sterile powders filling technology,and Romaco Innojet advanced technologies for granulation and coating processes technology. All of these are not only result of hard work , but also intelligence of the ROMACO people, they are also great contributions to the global pharmaceutical industry via ROMACO. Furthermore they are high honors of our ROMACO people.

After the strategic cooperation with Truking and ROMACO, with the leadership of Mr. Paulo Alexandre and his management team , with the right decision of advisory board, we will gradually make new strategic acquisitions happen to enrich the ROMACO"s product portfolio. We will also moderately expand and build certain ROMACO factories based on production capacity expansion requirement. Certainly we will do our best to support ROMACO increase sales , especially increase the ROMACO market share in China. And a laboratory is also going to be built in China to make sure that Process technology related researches could be well implemented.

I hope that all colleagues present today could working together with me, to  develop ROMACO together, to make ROMACO stronger together, to make ROMACO greater together. We shall keep ROMACO’s leading position in our industry as they are, and also we will learn modestly from other players to compensate our shortcomings! We shall be confident to catch and overtake those "great" competitors , BOSCH,IMA, Uhlmann, Marchesini, Groninger, Glatt, GEA etc.. We must achieve this goal with confidence, determination, patience, and persistence. No matter how long it takes, maybe 10 years, 20 years, 30 years, or even loger!

We, the ROMACO people, must hold together and stabilize together to gradually expand our team based on the development needs. Let’s develop more technologies, earn more customers, and make much bigger contributions for this world! We shall proceed our course with confidence . Everyone here has already contribute a lot of efforts to develop ROMACO, we should continuously stay to strive for the future of ROMACO.

Last but not least, let me speak it out loudly: I love ROMACO, I love all of you, I love this great career which everyone strives for together! Thank you!
