Our unique cleaning machines are designed as per strictest regulatory in pharmaceutical such as GAMP, cGMP, FDA etc.
This machine can be used for rough washing of large infusion glass bottles, syrup bottles and other large-capacity glass bottles(30 ~ 500ml) to remove the hard-to-wash dust that is attached to the inner andouter walls of the bottle.

Ø Machine adopts wide range of filling 30-500ml covering wide range of applications increasing flexibility.
Ø Efficient use of utilities and innovative fine washing station for WFI rinsing is kept separate from other process stations.
Ø Design incorporate dedicated nozzels for different mediaused in cleaning process to avoid cross contamination.
Ø This machine adopts mechanical-electrical integrative control, which can be operated stand-alone or in line;
Ø Adopt screw conveyor to star-wheel, star-wheel to star-wheel transmission structure to ensure stable output
Ø Equipped with special high-power ultrasonic generator for best cleaning effect;
Ø Adopt integrated bottle overturning device andthree-dimensional simulation to simulate bottle turning path. Processed by CNC machine with high accuracy and smooth bottle overturning;
Ø Adopting the design of circulating water tank and water collecting tank for water recycle.
